4242 4242 4242 4242toolrank.org (the "Service") is a community-ranked directory of AI tools operated by an individual business operator (個人事業主) based in Japan. Users may vote for tools by paying $1 USD via Stripe. Votes are verified by email and counted toward rankings.
Each vote costs $1.00 USD. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By voting, you authorize a charge of $1.00 USD to your selected payment method. Votes are non-refundable once email verification is completed. If you are charged but do not complete email verification within 24 hours, please contact us.
Approximately $0.50 of each vote is accumulated in a donation pool. The pool is distributed annually to open source organizations selected by community vote. Only users who have cast at least one verified vote are eligible to participate in the donation vote. The operator reserves the right to disqualify votes from the donation pool if fraud or abuse is detected.
You may not: (a) use automated tools to cast votes; (b) use multiple email addresses to circumvent domain caps; (c) offer or accept payment for rankings; (d) make legal threats or engage in harassment toward the operator. Violations will be logged in the public Shame Log.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Rankings reflect community votes only and do not constitute endorsement. The operator is not responsible for the content, safety, or legality of listed tools.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (東京地方裁判所) as the court of first instance.
