We do not store your raw email address on our servers after sending the verification email.
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a Stripe charge ID and card fingerprint for fraud detection. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or billing addresses.
Data is used solely to: verify votes, prevent abuse, operate the donation pool, and notify verified voters when a donation round opens. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
Vote records are retained indefinitely to maintain ranking integrity. IP hashes are rotated daily and cannot be linked to a specific IP after rotation. You may request deletion of your vote record by contacting us, subject to legal retention obligations.
We use one session cookie for admin authentication. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies are used.
